Early 20th Century French Louis XIV Style Oak Buffet, Sideboard, 16-inch Depth
About the Item
This early twentieth century French Louis XIV style oak buffet features a 16-inch narrow depth, a beveled top, and hand pegged paneled sides and doors. Its two doors are divided by a central panel detailed with asymmetrical scrolling and open to reveal an interior with a single shelf. The piece rests on a plinth base. Found in Normandy, France. Includes two keys with functioning locks. c. 1930.
